Lale Labuko and Gido Sura Disciple-Makers bringing peace and freedom to the Omo Valley Pastor Lale Labuko gave his life to Jesus at the age of 9 at missionary school at border of Ethiopia and Kenya the place called Kibish in the Nyagatom land and has been serving the Lord diligently for the past 16 years. He is spreading the gospel in the Omo Valley, Ethiopia by saving people and saving Mingi children abandoned by the tribe. Pastor Lale Labuko has planted five more churches in the last four years and has shown his true colors to the nations of Ethiopia. He is an overseer and Life Hope Church is committed to making disciples of young people in South Ethiopia. For the past 5 years, Pastor Lale Labuko has been faithfully serving 100 people every year through the manifestation of God's power to become disciples of Jesus. In the areas of Kara, Hamer, Nyagatom, Jinka and Turmi, he held the largest crusades and conferences with his friend from Nyagtom, Ekal Nettir, offering the opportunity to make peace through the gospel of Jesus Christ. In October 2007, Lale was invited to attend DTS through YWAM in Herrnhut, Germany. Lale was the first Kara tribesmen to leave the village to study the Bible and to become a missionary in the Omo Valley. He planted a church and became a pastor and evangelist with Life Hope Church. In September 2022, Pastor Lale Labuko was ordained as a pastor and missionary in his anointing by the word of God. After receiving the apostolic mission by God's will, his ministry and influence increased greatly. Born in Dus, Ethiopia, a Kara village, Pastor Lale Labuko is a humble man of God who was humbled by God's call. He said, "If God had chosen works over grace, he would not have found mercy! Jesus go before me." His deep love for God and his sensitivity to the Holy Spirit inspires and motivates the youth throughout the Omo Valley tribes and to all others he meets. His life and ministry is a daily reminder that God is still at work and still using His tools to display His glory. It shows us people and clearly assures them that Jesus is not a character in the Bible, but a living God who is working mightily to bring His chosen ones into His kingdom. Today, he is a role model for the nations in the Omo Valley in southern Ethiopia and especially for the next generation. Pastor Lale Labuko is a beloved husband and ministry partner to his wife Gido Sura and father of four daughters and one son; Christian Regina Lale, Kero Lale, Hami Lale, Samuel Lale, and Nardos Lale. In addition to the eight hundred and fifty members at Life Hope Church, he is a spiritual father to over a hundred sons and daughters whom he pours daily in prayer and discipleship. His wife Gido Sura is the woman of prayer behind Pastor Lale Labuko and Omo Child childrens home's humanitarian work and church ministry. She is a wonderful and wise wife and mother of many children who has a clear vision to help women in the tribes. |
